We can hold in a lot of difficulties and unpleasant emotions, but how good are we at holding blessings and abundance?
We process and internalize other people’s needs, requests, and expectations all the time. Sometimes several “must-dos” come in at once, not allowing for a moment to settle or decide how to prioritize them best. This leaves us feeling overwhelmed and grappling with how to juggle all these tasks.
Eventually, this excessive load causes a sense of ‘numbness’ and indecision paralysis. If not resolved it can affect our sleep quality and our body’s ability to process and recover from these daily duties. This way our mind and body overwhelm easily ‘spills over’ into the following day, continuing the vicious cycle.
What we are full of internally is what we attract more of into our lives.
When we focus more on challenges and being unable to cope with something we are presented with more adversity and we end up confirming to ourselves that we really cannot deal with it. Because we are so Full Of It!
It is important to be aware that all this distress makes us feel inwardly weighed down. On the other hand, thinking positively fortifies us and creates an outward expansiveness that makes us feel lighter.
How would it feel if we held a belief that our life is Full of Blessings?
How rejuvenating would our sleep become?
How would our problem-solving skills get upgraded?
Would our mind and body be more resilient, looking forward to starting each day filled with the excitement of our new creations and experiencing more joyful moments?
“Welcome, acknowledge, and fill yourself up with blessings, good things, proud moments and achievements”
The beauty of holding abundance can act as a natural energetic ‘booster’ to make you feel physically as well as emotionally lighter. This way you are better equipped to deal with whatever life may bring to you, be it a small hurdle or a bigger hardship.
I invite you to: “Welcome, acknowledge, and fill yourself up with blessings, good things, proud moments, and achievements” as these are life’s victories. All small and big wins epitomize your competence and aptitude and will attract more bounty to you.
This renewed mindset will increase and expand your capacity to hold goodness and plentiful abundance, so you can share these ‘newly’ discovered gifts with others as well.
